Local tools, website connections and aggregate visit statistics.

Local processing and website connections

The video, image and encryption tools process your selected content on your device. They do not upload or automatically save your files, text, passwords, keys or results. Opening a page and downloading its code still connects to this website through Cloudflare. Cloudflare handles those network requests and may process connection metadata or serve security and performance scripts; local processing does not make website access anonymous or invisible to the network provider. Tool pages do not send site visit statistics. External links connect to their named destinations only when you follow them.

Cloudflare performance and connection diagnostics

Cloudflare Real User Monitoring (RUM) measures loading performance on public pages for visitors in all regions, including the European Union. A Cloudflare configuration rule excludes the local tools and private dashboard from RUM injection. Network Error Logging (NEL) remains enabled to diagnose connection failures; supporting browsers may send Cloudflare a failed request URL and network timing or error information. These platform diagnostics do not upload selected local files, text, passwords or keys. Cloudflare security checks remain active independently of these settings.

Visit statistics

Each successful public HTML page request from a visitor not classified as an agent increments a lifetime total and, when available, an approximate country counter. Region and city counters are kept for up to 1,000 distinct locations each; new locations beyond those limits remain included in country and total counts. Visits without reliable location are counted separately. The private statistics page and the video, image, and encryption tools pages are excluded. Tool assets and same-origin requests referred from these pages are also excluded from visitor and crawler statistics. These counters do not use cookies or visitor identifiers and do not store individual visits, IP addresses, or device fingerprints. For a private recent-location view, the site also keeps minute-level aggregate counts by city or country for up to one hour; older buckets are deleted when a request is counted. One coarse map position, rounded to half-degree coordinates, is stored per tracked city. No individual visit record or precise coordinates are kept. A page view is a page request, not a unique person. Agent and crawler requests are counted separately by a short name inferred from their User-Agent, response outcome, and first and last observed minute. Agent requests are not assigned a country, region, city, or map point. Recent per-minute agent totals expire after one hour. The private dashboard also shows lifetime counts by public page and referring hostname. Only the hostname is saved from the Referer header; no referral path or query string is stored. Page views and agent requests are counted in daily UTC buckets retained for up to 365 days. Lifetime aggregate counters remain until the site owner deletes the database.
